Instructions to make Nachos & salsa:
Making of nachos - take a mixing bowl put corn flour and whole wheat flour to the bowl.
Add two tea spoons oil to the bowl also little salt to the bowl mix well then add water little by little for making the dough by giving a gap and mix well, the dough is not soft or hard, put the dough to the covered bowl keep rest for ten minutes,
After the time is over remove the cover and give a mix to the dough again,
Roll it carefully divide it like triangle shapes, cut carefully
Heat the pan put triangle shaped nachos dough to the oil and deep fry, spread red chilli powder, little salt and chat masala, shake the bowl and keep the bowl under the ceiling fan for cooling the temperature,
Making of salsa - put the tawa in the oven when heated put little oil to the tawa, add red chillies and tomatoes to the tawa burnt the tomatoes and red chillies until the burnt smell comes out from the tomatoes,
Put to the blender along with vinegar and salt blend well and keep aside.
Cut all veggies that is cucumber, onion, tomatoes, red and green capsicum, green chilli, put all in the mixing bowl, and add blended tomatoes red chillies to the bowl add roasted jeera powder, olive oil, black salt, salt, lemon juice all, add finely chopped cilantro, mix well,
Now take serving plate put salsa in the bowl and keep the salsa bowl to the middle of the plate and serve and it's delicious and healthy.
