  1. In a pan pour oil, add garlic and saute it till golden brown, add chilli flakes for a few seconds
  2. Add the onion, and saute for 2-3 mins and add capsicum and saute for 2-3 mins
  3. Add the boiled rice, soya sauce, vinegar, pepper powder and salt.
  4. Toss it over till its all mixed up and switch off the flame after a few seconds.
  5. Add a few chopped spring onion greens to it and toss before serving.
