  4. Additionally add ½ capsicum, 2 tbsp carrot and 2 tbsp beans. saute for a minute.
  5. Now add 2 tsp vinegar, 2 tsp soy sauce and 1 tsp chilli sauce. mix on high flame.
  6. Furthermore add 2 cups cooked basmati rice or leftover rice.
  7. Also add ½ tsp pepper and ¾ tsp salt.
  8. Mix gently, without breaking rice grain. allow the rice to heat up completely.
  9. Finally, serve burnt garlic fried rice garnished with few chopped spring onions green.
