- લોટ ને ૩ -૪ કલાક સુધી પ્રૂફિંગ માટે રાખી મૂકવું

- ત્યાર બાદ તેમાં મીઠું સ્વાદાનુસાર અને બેકિંગ પાઉડર એડ કરી ને ભજીયા ની જેમ દાબી ને ધીમા તાપ પર તેલ બ્રાઉન ન થાય ત્યાં સુધી તળી લેવા
- તાહીની પેસ્ટ માટે…..તલ ની પેસ્ટ, દહીં અને મીઠું નાખી ચમચી થી ફેંટી લેવું
- Peanut butter, લીંબુ, મરચું પાવડર,જીરું પાઉડર અને મીઠું નાખી ચટણી તૈયાર કરવી
- હવે મેંદા લોટ ની રોટલી વણી ને ગેસ પર તવી માં શેકી લેવી..તો તૈયાર છે પિતા બ્રેડ
- પિતા બ્રેડ પર તાહીની પેસ્ટ ભજીયા અને peanut butter ni ચટણી લગાડવી અને રોલ વાડી લેવા.
