  2. Season the calamari steaks or tubes with salt and pepper and in pan on a high heat cook on each side for 3 mins till cooked set aside
  3. Take 4 full table spoons of the blended mixture in a pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil sauté the mixture for 5 minutes
  4. Once you have finished cooking the mixture add the coconut milk and stir until the mixture starts to thicken, set on low heat for 5 minutes
  5. Take the asparagus season and place in oven for 5 mins at 180 degrees till bright green and crunchy but tender
  6. Cut your calamari steaks into strips and plate the food as you desire. Enjoy
