  1. First cooked Rice 80% & drain the starch water.keep the boiled rice on a flat plate for cooling.
  2. Put the white oil in a kadai for tempering.
  3. Add chopped garlic in it & fry till it becames golden brown.
  4. Add boiled rice in it the add salt to taste, soya sauce black pepper powder & mix it well.
  5. Next add spring onion & continue cooking for last 2mins.
  6. Serve it hot
