  2. Grease the bottom if the pan with 1 tbs coconut oil then finely spread out the potato slices on the pan add a pinch of salt and 1 tbs coconut oil on top the potato then cover the pan with tinfoil cook it on medium low heat for 3 minutes
  3. After 3 minutes check the potato if the bottom start browning then add cheese, tomato, green onion, and squice of half lime then cover again until the cheese melt (2 minutes)
  4. After the cheese melt then fold it and set a side and cut into 2 pieces. Then start to cook the egg for about 3-4 minutes.
  5. When the egg done then turn off the heat and season with salt and dried basil
  6. Put in into a plate the potato and egg. Ready to serve
