To make the dipping sauce, mix soy sauce, sugar, water and apple cider vinegar together and place in a small bowl, to serve avocado tempura with dipping sauce. Tip: Once coated, dip your items into the batter gently. Remove from oil with a slotted spoon or tongs and drain on prepared plate with paper towels.
