  1. DIRECTION FOR Chutney - - Take All above ingredients and grind them in a grinder and make a fine paste. Your chutney will be ready.
  2. For palak roll Firstly take 200 gms boiled and grineded spinach mix it with 100 gms Whole Wheat flour and 100 gms oats flour and make a soft dough, use some water if required to make dough. When dough is ready,cover it with a clean cloth and keep aside for 10 minutes
  3. Heat a pan, add 1 tsp butter. When Butter is melt then add 1 medium sized sliced onions, Saute for a minute, then add sliced Green Bell Pepper, sliced carrot, sweet corn, boiled green peas, ginger and green chilli. - Saute them for 2 to 3
  4. Saute them for 2 to 3 minutes in high to medium flame, then add some panner cubes (Cottage Cheese) and 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder, 1 tsp red chilli flakes, 1 tsp chat masala powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp sabzi masala powder (of any brand)
  5. Mix them and cook for a minute then turn off the flame and close the ready filling with a lid and keep it aside.
  6. Now take the dough make a thin chapati apply oil or butter spread all over, cook it for a minute then the chapati is ready
  7. Take it in a plate and spread some green chatani and tomato sauce (if you like it) and sprinkle some cooked veg filling and fold it roll it and cut from center and serve it hot.
