  2. Take 2 Cup Maida

  16. Take Oil - for making stuffings and frying spring roll

In our family (and yes, we're Vietnamese), we make a peanut-hoisin dipping sauce. Spring rolls are a delicious side dish to any Asian-influenced meal or can be a great snack on their own.   2. FOR DOUGH = take maida add salt and 2tsp oil and water as required and knead a soft & strechy dough cover & rest with samp clothe for 1/2 an hour
  3. Shape into roundels, Roll into a thin chapati, Add the chowmein noodles, and roll & shape into spring roll apply some water to seal edges
  4. Now fry on medium high heat until crisp & golden brown, And cut into a pieces
