  1. Remove the roots of the spinach, and wash well. Wrap with plastic wrap, and microwave for 2-3 minutes, then soak in water. Strain away the excess water, and cut into 3 cm lengths.
  2. Wash the konnyaku, and julienne the carrot, shiitake mushrooms, and konnyaku. Arrange in a heatproof dish, and microwave for 2 minutes without plastic wrap.
  3. Roast the sesame seeds in a frying pan for 2-3 minutes without burning them. Coarsely grind them.
  4. Put lightly drained tofu, roasted sesame seeds, and the ★ ingredients into a bowl, and mix well.
  5. Add the spinach, carrot, shiitake mushrooms, and konnyaku to Step 4, then mix.
