  3. Heat the pan, add oil when oil is nice and hot add our puree and saute well for 2-3 minutes.now add all masalas n mix well
  4. When pan leaves oil from sides at that time add mashed vegetables and give a nice stir n cook for around 5-7 minutes. When bhaji is ready add lime juice and mix well.
  5. Heat the tava add one teaspoon of buuter and roast paav both sides
  6. Now our yummy paavbhaji is ready to serve with some coriander leaves and onion ring.
